First of all... hi, everyone! :cool:
I'm an old player who has been out of the game for more than a year (I used to be on Ramuh).
The other day, my eyes accidentally happened to detect a copy of Wings of the Goddess in a shop, so I ended up buying it. Then I proceeded to recharge my credit card, I installed all the versions of the game (not easy, with Windows Vista), I updated PlayOnline... and now it's time to Log In.
But my old Play Online I.D. doesn't seem to work.
I tried with the password I had written down, and with some other possible ones I could have used, but it doesn't work.
Then I went back to the page where I have to put my Registration Code... and it doesn't work either. :worry: It says it's uncorrect.
I don't know how to do this and I don't know who to contact (I can't make telephone calls to U.S.A., 'cause I live in Europe... well, rather I'd rather not).
I have my PlayOnline Registration Code (the one written on the book that comes with the game) and my old Play Online I.D. (which I wanted to use, so that way I thought I could get my canceled character back).
Everything is U.S. version.

Could anyone please please please help me with this, with careful explanations or links... or anything else?
I want to return home! :evil:

Playonline.com will have an internet Instant messaging service that will connect you to a customer service rep. The only draw back is it does take them awhile to respond. But it will avoid the overseas call.

Also on the website there will be a section describing how the Return home works and what category you fit into. Just hurry with that since it expires at the end of the month when the billing gets processed.
