Chains of Promathia Error!

Im installing the game on my PC ((I got Win Vista)) I installed FFXI everything fine, Rise of the Zilart everything fine, the problem is with Chains of Promathia, everytime it installation goes around 71% an error pops saying "Error 1305 Verify that the file exists and that you can access it" The File is one that is locate inside the Sound3 Folder Sound3/se/se298/se298011.spw I could really use some assistance on how to fix this problem. Thank you.

Hard to say for sure, but that sounds like a poorly pressed disc. A 1305 error is typically a read error off the CD.

If you're still in the first few days since purchasing the discs, I'd take it back to the store and exchange it for another set.

You might also check to see if the disk is dirty. Cleaning it might help.
