Trouble with Playonline..

I went to start up Playonline as usual. But it started giving me some windows I haven't seen before. So I decided to just reinstall, when I did, It would get all the way to the end of installation and an error window would pop up.

It said: "Error 1304. Error writing to file C:\Program Files\Playonline\SquareEnix\PlayonlineViewer\usr\a ll\url\cache\dcfat0.bin. Please verify that you have access to the directory."

I checked and I did have access, and words of advice?

Is your hard drive failing? If this is happening during installation it would appear to me that either your hard drive has a narky sector or the DVD itself is rooted. Run a surface scan of C and see if any errors come up.
