Im having trouble with my acount!

I'm having problem with my xbox live account linking it with my PlayOnline ID. It says that my xbox live was linked with another playonline ID and I would like to know if theres a way to fix this cause I really want to get to the game but it wont let me. I got the game today and its not letting me link it with my new PlayOnline ID. I would really love some assistance with this matter. Thank you.
