The expansions?

Yeah, there's plenty of topic about the expansions but none of them really answered my questions. I am currently level 24 and I only have the Rise of Z expansion. I love this game and I wonder if the expansion's content will fit me well right now. I know that the super jobs are accessible at level 30 but is there anything for me right now? (I don't think getting the super jobs soon since I'm too busy exploring and just being a noob.)

There are no "super jobs"; there are the standard jobs, the six job you get to choose from at the very start. Then, there are the extra jobs, the ones which you may elect to unlock after you reach Lv.30.

Rise of the Zilart is fine for now, but you'll want Treasure of Aht Urhgan before Lv.55. Chain of Promathia isn't terribly critical for leveling, but its missions has the best storyline, and some find its challenges to be fun. Wings of the Goddess is worth getting post-Lv.50 for Campaign Battles alone--let's you get a little exp and pass the time while waiting for whatever the reason.

If you play long enough, basically, you'll want all the expansion packs.
