I quit FFXI after playing from release for a couple years, and I'm looking to return. I have no desire to continue on my old character, I simply wish to create a new one. Also, my wife has never tried it and I'd like for her to try playing it with me (we played several MMO's together over the years, but she didn't play FFXI). She's a huge fan of the final fantasy series, and I'm really excited about this!
The problem is... we don't have the extra money to justify buying a new copy of the game, especially since we don't know if it'll fit with us yet. We're wondering if anyone has a couple of extra buddy keys we could have, so we can try for 30 days and decide whether or not to subscribe.
