Quick Question about Monk H2H Skill

I was just wondering how many H2H skill ups you can get every level? I'm 11 and trying to max the skill on decent challenges before I start partying in Valk

For A-ranked skills the formula for the cap is (Level-1)*3+6 up to level 50. So 6 at Level 1, and 3 more for each level afterwards.

Decent Challenge will get you close to the cap but you'll never cap it on them. Need to fight Even Match mobs to reach the cap.
