View Full Version : I lost my PlayOnline password...

I searched and didn't really find much on it. D: Sorry if this is a commonly asked question.



I know all of my account info EXCEPT for my password. I just uninstalled yesterday because of problems I was having, and I can't believe I forgot my password.

Since it's the weekend, is there anyway to recover the password without having to wait until Monday to call them? :worry:

Talk to SE via e-mail or phone they should be able to give it to you since you have payment info and whatnot. (I would hope)

For issues regarding personal information such as change of name or birthday, IDs, or passwords, please inquire by phone instead of mail form

Just instant message them thru playonline.com . Just remember to have your ID, the Credit Card you payed with and your address handy.

After that they will just set you up with a dummy password. Then log onto Pol and change it.

Yeah, it was like 1AM last night when I put the game in and reinstalled... then I realized that they're closed on weekends. Guess I'm SOL until Monday!

Bit of a late reply but i'm also having the exact same problem.

Only thing is the call center closed till tuesday.... i guess i'll have to find something to occupy myself with.

This topic really helped me, thanks.
