need to know how to get holy wand

i need help on how to get the holy wand. do you have to use synthesis or do you buy it? if you need to use synthesis, what materials, guild, and rank/level is required? if you need to buy it from a store, what store do you get it from? if anyone has an answer, please reply to this thread.

Are you actually wielding it? The only thing I know is that it occasionally pops up as a guild point item for Alchemy and you don't really want to make one because its primary ingredient, the Mythic wand, is made of things that no one would ever make a wand out of and by making it into a Holy Wand, you end up with an item that improves your Divine Magic Skill by 4 which I don't think is better than a Light Staff.

As for how you obtain one, Mhurron has the answer, but I think that what I want to know isn't on wiki...

I have to second this. A Light Staff has the hidden effect of providing +10 Magic Accuracy and +10 Magic Attack to any spell aligned with the Light element. A Holy Wand, on the other hand, provides +4 Divine Magic Skill, roughly equal to +8 Magic Accuracy on Divine Magic spells, and since all Divine Magic is aligned with the Light element, the light staff is much better in all situations.

It doesn't quite matter why they want it, they're just asking how to get it.

It takes level 81 Alchemy, a Light Crystal, a mythic wand, and a flask of holy water.

It gives guild points, and can be used in a recipe to make an enlight wand. Whee.

Actually better than +4 Divine Magic skill from that wand is the Water Staff, which is +10 Divine Magic skill. If you really wanted it for that purpose.

Of course wands =/= staves so idk.
