So I accidently reactivated my old content id but deleted it about a minute afterwards. Will it still charge my credit card?

More than likely, your account was charged for the full month when you activated it . If you have access to online banking check your statement. If not, might need to get a hold of SE when they re-open and see if they can do anything for you.
