Accidently deleted .dat, plz help

deleted my .dat for rom 3-56 (moogle) and 97-66 Carby, would apperciate the orinigal .dats thank you. Would re-install FF but dont have disc's anymore.

Check your Recycle Bin and just Restore them.

it's more than likely he overwrote those files with something else, not just plain deleted them.

Considering he said deleted rather than overwrote, I just went with logic and told him where he could find them. If he overwrote them he should have wrote that he overwrote them instead of deleted them, cause no one besides him has any way of knowing exactly what happened to those files and giving us incorrect information isn't going to help find a solution to his dilemma any faster.

If they really are overwritten I guess he'll just have to wait for someone to upload the ones he is missing(unless there is a database out there I don't know of).

yes it does.

overwrote the files and deleted the files.. pol's check files dosent do a real good search for singular files so it hasnt updated them.. until then i just dont see carby or moogles which is no real biggie... might just try to delete the entire rom folders so POL might find it missing and Download them
