What's with the Dream equipment?

I see everyone with the Santa outfit, and I want one of the hats. Where do I find one/how much do they go for?

Dream equipment (the santa-ish looking gear) is acquired during the Starlight Celebration each year. There's several pieces to acquire that have different methods of acquiring. The Starlight Festival starts tonight (Tuesday, Dec. 18) at midnight; which I guess would actually be Wednesday, Dec. 19... w/e.

p.s. Most (or all) of dream equipment is exclusive, so there's no buying or trading allowed.

Dream Hat +1 is a must have for anyone who plays mages.

Free cookies every day (dispenses 1-10 randomly)...adds up fast if you use it daily.

Granted Ginger Cookies are dirt cheap anyway (3kish for a stack of 99 last I checked), but eh...free food that you'll use.

Truly, unless you're very poor or have vast numbers of mules, the single inventory/house slot is worth more than the cookies.
