how can i get my ID recoverd?

I lost the piece of paper that had my playonline ID on it, and i cant log on. i have all my other information i think, i have my registration codes and everything. Its really disapointing i really want to play :P

I went through this recently. You'll need to call POL, and give them your name and the information of the credit card used when creating your account. After that, I was all set (even after a year hiatus!)
