WoTG Blue spells

Does anyone know the new names of the new blue mage spells and which mobs use them? My laptop is down and I cant look up information. I only place I can look at informatoin is at work (restricted sites tho).

We can't learn any new spells yet. :/ Apparently we won't be able to until a version update in January....
