So I found the fame guide for the different factions and in order to have rank 4 Norg fame it says rice balls prices would be 160, but I checked them and mine are 161. So I checked the guide and it says this.

Notice where I highlighted. It stops and 163 then picks up at 160. So am I at rank 3.5 or what? lol Just wondering.
