How to solo? (mid levels to high)

as mobs have been getting tougher(non-pets) and higher hp, i get a little worn out by even taking on a good DC mob at my level(currently 43) where as under 35 i ripped through T and under in a min or two and was able to chain

does anyone know of good pet camps or spells that really help solo? I"m too used to rdm's damage mitigation ability to pick quick on blue mage soloing.

I primarily use /thf and /whm for solo will /nin extend my mileage farther?

I have solo from 1-62, except a brief pt from 59-60. I always used the RDM/NIN method but as Blu/NIN. The massive difference is I cast metallic body before the fight starts and never again for the rest of the fight. I use metallic body as a buffer when shadows are down. Some times I miss time my shadows and Metallic body + cocoon will give me a 2-3 hit buffer to get shadows back up.

As for mobs I prey on are crabs, worms, and beetles. Worms are by the best to level on, but it is hard to get started because of linking.

I use to level on pets but around level 55 there are very few pet camps and those are always taken when I am able to log on.

thanks for the info btw my blu is 43 atm when i get rdm to 75(68) i'll have time to work on others
