When I search for blu on the Hades server I get 90% /nin and 9%/thf with a few grab bag situation things in there, none of which are /sam.
I have to wonder, given that some physical spells rely on TP to a degree, why we don't see /sam post 60?
I would think the extra TP would be of greater benefit than dual wield in parties.
Solo, sure utsusemi is very useful, but even then, blu seems to have plenty of strategies for defense in reasonable situations without utsusemi.

Blasphemer! Burn him at the stake!
Do not listen to him! Altana kills a kitten every time you use anything but Ninja as a SJ! Do you really want this cute little thing to die?!?!

Increasing your TP is ALL it does for one-handed weapon users. For that, you may as well sub /WAR to increase TP gain and damage all at the same time (hi2u Double Attack, Berserk.)

10-20% more damage from Dual Wield and no extra TP (Which means decidedly less for BLUs than other melee) vs 15% extra tp + Meditate. I doubt it can keep up.

Nin also increases your attack speed, which when coupled with haste gear, is highly effective for 1 handed weapon users. Thf, as stated, is a good sub for those times you'd like to SC as you're not dependent on TP and WS to use it, nor do you need to rely on other players to make it work. And of course there's always War, which grants you double attack, Berserk and Attack bonus, which all directly increase your DoT.
Sam sub would give free 60% tp every three minutes and a bonus 15% store TP boost...which on one handers wouldn't be a lot (if my math is right...which it's usually not, that would be a .9 boost to tp per hit for a weapon with an average of 6 tp return). Hasso and Siegan would be usless and actually counter productive to a Blu and third eye would be limited without Siegan.
Blu offers no clear or glaring bonuses over other subs, not even Nin.
