Ugh Help!

I have windows vista and I downloaded the windows vista playonline package like it told me to. I install it and then it says my code is invalid. I go out and buy another copy and it says my code for playonline is invalid again.

What the hell do I do? I have followed the instructions on their website!

You call POL customer support since what you need is support as a customer of PlayOnline.
