Fire: HQ-W; Sucess-NW
Earth: HQ-SE; Success-S
Water: HQ-SW; Sucess-W
Wind: HQ-E; Success-SE
Ice: HQ-NW; Success-E
Lightning: HQ-S; Success-SW

And also am I reading it right?
EX: When useing a Dark Crystal face NE for more HQ's and N for more success/Skillup?
