teleport me please?

hey, I was wondering if anyone currently in bastok could possible teleport me back to san O'dria? I ran all the way down to bastok from san O'dria and I didnt know you had to buy maps and somehow i made it there even though i was only level 5. I'm now level 7 but without a map it might be hard to get back, and it took about 2 hours to make the trip last time XD my in game screen name is Keiranvyis. I will probably be on at 10am pacific time. thank you for any help in advance.

Do you even have the Holla teleport crystal? Because if you don't (which seems unlikely since you don't have a map), you can't be teleported there anyway.

Just buy a map from one of the NPCs in Bastok (http://www.ffxi-atlas.com/quest-npc.php#npcs) that sell them, and head back on foot. It's not really too rough. Or you could just stay in Bastok until level 10ish, and go to Valkurm, level some more, and then walk back to Sandoria. Your call.

o, i was looking online and it says you can't buy a map of batok in bastok which makes no sense to me at all. I'm not too sure who to talk to to buy the map but i'll try, with a map i should be able to make it back with no problem

ok, thanks for your help guys, and silent, i know your right cuz i can take on the monsters now lol, there pretty easy, but at lvl 5 they were kicking my ass and they almost killed me sooo many times

One thing.... Is your homepoint in Sandy?

If so, choose a job you havn't levelled i.e. a lvl 1 job and go outside bastok pull lots of mobs and bloodport back.

Bloodport btw is a term used by players meaning to commit suicide (pref on a lvl1 job so you dont lose exp) and return to your homepoint that way.

I changed my home point to bastok markets ughhh ive tried 3 times to make it back but these bats keep doing 6x damage to me by the tunnel at vulkrum dunes and killing me, its pissing me off

Edit: i bought a map of bastok so now i know where im going

Really, once you hit about 14 or so, the trip becomes a lot easier to make. The bats in the tunnel might still aggro but you can take them out (if you're not a mage).

Just wait till you have to get to Jeuno for your chocobo license, you might want to find a friend to escort you.
