so BLU can make job trait by spell combinations.... but how long do those traits last?... just in one battle? or...?

Well one thing I know, job traits are always there. They don't last for a specific amount of time or whatever. Job traits are always on.

"Job traits" might not be the word you're looking for, but since my knowledge on BLU is limited, there isn't much more I can say.

The traits will last as long as you have those particular spells set that create that trait.
