Is it possible to obtain the race set in +1?

I say this because i wish to obtain it for the clamming result improvements it would give me

I know it was possible to get these items in previous years, but my first event was in 2006 and i had only just started my character and was unaware of this side of the game

I have the swimwear +1 but I haven't really seen a huge improvement in clamming with it. For all that matter, I haven't seen any improvement at all.

I think maybe the devs just wanted to put 'reduces INCIDENTS' on a piece of skimpy barely-covers-ya gear just to make people say "O_o;" and that was the only way they could do it.
