View Full Version : Whats "The best" server =D
Hello, my friend and I were thinking about changing servers; the one we are on is kind of dead (Kajuta).
Or maybe I just don't know where to look to find people, lol, or maybe no one wants to find me.
Anyway, I thought I'd ask around; on avarage, how many people are in your world.
Is it hard to find parties in all levels?
Is there a good selection of cool people and great ls?
Just curious, any help would be awesome!

There is no "best" server, but what you may want to do is take a look at the 2007 Census and check the server populations if you're thinking of moving.

That seems to be the answer to your problem right there. Considering the number of people that recently came to Kujata, I'm surprised there's anyone complaining about finding people (besides Mhurron). Ours seems to be one of the more popular servers to begin with, besides Bahamut, and perhaps a few others, so I'm not sure what you're hoping to find on another server.
Kujata is anything but dead.

Kujata is empty. There's no one one it but me.

Okay this is bizzare... POL.com refuses to show anything but the 2007 census (I don't know why we can't see the others but whatever) and it doesn't show server populations.
From what I've heard though, Ragnarok and Bahamut are the most populated.

seem accurated but based on mainly activaties in jeuno. It would give you a roughly an idea. Of course the most transaction mean people are being only more active or could also mean there is a larger population.

Seriously - don't come to Bahamut. It is a seething cess-pit full of drama...
Ok not that bad, but please, we are overcrowded as it is. 4500 on on Saturday hurts lagwise.

Interestingly enough, looking at this graph (http://www.ffxiah.com/big_graph.php?serverid=&span=1), seems like prices across different Worlds are converging over time. This means each World is becoming more and more alike every other World in some sense.

Also of note is the average is rapidly dropping as values across the board homoginize, because of people importing and flooding markets, trying to make a profit. It's getting to the point that outrageous prices are impossible to demand because someone can simply hop servers and find the same products/services for much cheaper.
Well Fenrir might still have some of the awesomeness I left on it, I'd look into whatever Mhurron is up to, unless he recommends against it.
Fenrir has some kick ass people though, but a ton of idiots. Good mix of fun and drama though.

If Mhurron were to be believed, Kujata would be an old western movie ghost town, complete with harmonica soundtrack and tumbleweeds blowing across the streets of Jeuno (he also does not believe in the existance of Sev, myself, or a few of the others here).
:wtf:
I'd repress any memory of Sev too, if he were on my server.
I'd repress any memory of Sev too, if he were on my server.
Is that because you love me ?
Kujata is anything but dead, It is a very active server, Mhurron you only see yourself because you removed the .dats for all other players...
I actually help mhurron so I don't think he would repress my help. Got him a ls and more =D, i just tend to sleep thru when we are suppose to merit lol.
Is that because you love me ?
Sure, let's go with that.

complete with harmonica soundtrack
The Good, The Bad and They Ugly.
I much prefer that song.
Hm, I have an idea brewing.
I'd look into whatever Mhurron is up to, unless he recommends against it.I always recommend against whatever I'm doing.

That's a false characterization; the rate of drop is clearly decreasing. The average is stabilizing, or bottoming out, if you like.
The average dropped rapidly some time in the past, but looks to be stabilizing at a new price point now.

Research
Look at ffxiah dot com and see what lies behind their economy compared to your current one, weigh it with your ability, and how much is really in your wallet now lol
