Having overlapping problems when changing faces

Here is what I get. Most faces that I have tried tend to give me the same overlapping problem. I open up viewer and jot down the old face location then overwrite it with the new face but it ends up like above. :/ Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What exactly did you do in wich tool?
A Picture would help greatly.

Some basics here:

You can use Metasequia for the following:
+UV mapping
+Moving around objects or points

This will mess up the DAT:
+Creating new points
+Deleting existing points
+Reimporting the face over a different face in the viewer

To create or delete points you need VRS.
