Is blu an ok sub?

I just want Nin so I can use it as a sub for my blu, I can either sub my blu or my rdm, I would assume blu to be the better choice but is it ok to just go to lvl 30?

... NIN/WAR Lv.12 and up will make most exp parties happy. You can make a good case of NIN/RNG as DD with Shuriken and Juji Shuriken. Post Lv.40, NIN/RDM and NIN/BLM can be a great magic DD.

However, NIN/BLU is more like {Huh!?} at just about every level...

leveling Warrior to 18 is easy, grab a bow and an axe or gaxe and go to town on ep-dc mobs for a couple hours and you should hit 18 in no time at all. that will be enough to take nin to 37
