Account Reactivation

Okay, I was glancing around and saw someone mention account reactivation. Can someone give an in-depth explanation for how it works? Any limits?

If you don't own the game yet, why does it matter how one would reactivate an account?

Just asking.. Like I said, I'm not going to get as much time to play once summer ends. But if I can keep my character via account reactivation and don't have to lose it all, that would be nice.

It doesn't hurt to plan ahead.

Basically if you need to cancel billing for a bit, you just cancel your Content ID, without deleting the character. Then if you want to come back to the game later on, you simply reactivate the Content ID, and you're good to go. I do it all the time.
