Not sure what url i posted...

Anyway i was asking what the best place to mine for iron ore is?

The Blacksmithing guild and airship docks at the 3 starting cities :P

If you insist on mining up your own ore, try Zeruhn or Palborough.

The rate for Iron Ore in Zeruhn really isn't bad, if you can free up some inventory space and bring along a bunch of Fire Crystals. Do as you want with the Copper Ore; situationally I may make Copper, Bronze, or Brass Ingots if I have a particular need, but a lot of the time it's best just to toss them when they start to pile up. With crystals on-hand you can process ore as soon as you have enough, leaving only to buy more crystals or pickaxes or to trade/sell accumulated Zinc and/or Darksteel Ore.

I haven't spent much time mining in Palborough, though I didn't have as much luck there when I did.

I said buying them doesnt make enough of a profit and ill try Zeruhn since the Grotto mostly got me stuff i didnt need and broke my pickaxes more then id want.

I always have found Iron a good mining rate in Zehran on garuda. Out of 12 mining sopots I got the following..

1 nothing.
4 Iron ore (sell on AH due to smithing low in crafting)
3 Copper ore (made copper ingot)
2 Zinc ore (Keep for Tenshodo quest
2 Tin ore (thrrew away)

Yeah Zeruhn mines is the best if seen so far, only down side is the newb miners there.
