ok heres the deal, i finally get my Member ID back again, then when i register it to my 360, it says i have unpaid fees, which is £ 16 wtf i only used the free trial! whats going on

You gave it less than an hour.
Anyway, SE bills on the first, except for your first month, when they pro-rate your payment based on when you started (for instance, if you started on the 10th, you would be billed at a pro-rated rate on the 10th of the following month).
Not knowing your billing history, I can't be certain what has happened here, but basically it appears that you have about one month's fee plus a little bit extra (mules?) that you owe before you can play again. You may not have cancelled in time.
your free trial only works when you first active your account. Doesn't work on reactivations.

So he may be looking at the fee for one month, plus what is probably his pro-rated fee from the remainder of the month after his trial ended.
But without more details, it's difficult to say.

100% correct there murphie :) except for the fact im a she not a he lol, BUT on the plus side, its on 16 quid for my mistake, as long as i dont do it again im fine :) thanks for your help guys :) really appreciated it. also is it true the 3 months deletion warranty has been increased to 12 months?

It's 12 mos. You can talk to an SE support for confirmation. What they haven't updated is their FAQ, which they have not done so in 5 years. ... >_>

I'm not sure about the 12 month thing.
In the past month some of my pt members went on about how they were coming back from 5-7 monthes of not playing the game and that their characters were deleted =/

S.E did the same thing to me. Sad seeing as how the other MMO's i was on didn't do anything to me. Sad part was i never even contacted the one MMO. An they haven't harassed me.

how long has your character been inactive little ninja? or was he/she already deleted? also if it was deleted under a year he/she is restorable

AFAIK As long as you don't delete your Playonline account (the first one you log in to) which is free, you won't ever lose characters. I've restored characters >6 months old with no problems.

well there you have it ^^ looks like your able to restore your characters anytime ^^, just so long as they are within the 3- 12 month range ^^

I canceled my playonline account last week of March before the next billing cycle. I got a past due notice in my email box from S.E saying they had charged me for the previous months. Which boggled my mind because i had to call an cancel my account because i misplaced my password, and have no ability to play the game. Why im being forced to pay is ridiculous.
