Besieged @ Level 3?

So I was seeking for party in Al Zahbi... and I saw Besieged at lvl 2. I didn't think anything of it... until...

Anyone else experienced such an early and easy Besieged?

They retreated after like 5 minutes and I got 458 points from it.

We get 1 and 2 all the time, its too easy :/ Pretty much stopped going because of it.

Did your server lose the Astral Candescence recently?

Lakshmi was hit by a Besieged bug about a month ago. They somehow reset our defense records, so we ended up facing level 1 Besiegeds for a few days instead of the usual level 7 ones. I showed up for one level 1 Besieged, and it was over pretty quickly. I think I only got like 300 exp/IS out of it.

Did your server lose the Astral Candescence recently?

Actually, yes we did. I think it was last Friday, to the Undead Swarm. I wasn't there when we lost it, but I know we did.

I think Besieged strength gets reset when you lose the Astral Candescence, so if you lost it to a Level 8 then the next ones will be Level 1, then they'll get harder until you lose it again.

You mean just restart the cycle?

I know though that there have been several lvl 3's attacking. My friend's keep telling me, "You just missed a level 3 Besieged."

Like 4 times or so.

Asura loses the candy all the time... It resets and then climbs back up to level 8.... (if it ever gets past 7). The first attack after recovery is always a level 1. I'm not sure how fast it rises. The worst ones for candy loss are when you're consistently getting two in a row. Within less than 1 hour of each other is terrible--we had one like that with mamooks/undead for about 2 days, and they eventually got the generals and took the candy (level 7s)

Gilgamesh hardly ever lost the Candescence before the June update, and for as long as I can remember every single Besieged was a Level 7. Since we've lost it, that's when the lower level ones have started to crop up. Makes sense to me - you keep winning so the beastmen step up their efforts until they have a strong enough force to take it.

I just thought it was weird that after all this time I've been doing Besieged, and even since it's birth, this is the first I've heard of any lower levels attacking since that update.

As they said, it's because your server lost the AC recently. From what I can tell, you'll get at least 1 lvl one attack from each beastmen, then they'll build up to level two and attack, then three...etc, etc.
