Which servers are the most active?

Hey guys
Right now my character is in Sylph,but in looking thru there forums and other forums, it seems that Sylph is not active at all. Not many linkshell to choose from and that means not many activities.
Any servers suggestions?

Whatever you do, I'd say stay away from Remora, Asura and Sylph! I've had the worst experience on those servers. Mainly because of the amount of RMT and immature players.

RMT stands for Real Money Trade, but it is simply gilsellers in laymen's terms. Pretty much people who sell in-game money for real life money, which is against the rules.

All servers are pretty much the same. The individuals on them may be different, but they all function pretty similarly.

The only way to gauge a particular World's comparitive 'activeness' that I'm currently aware of (besides, you know, just checking out every individual forum on fansites: here, ffxiclopedia (http://http://forums.ffxiclopedia.org/viewforum.php?f=58&sid=2d435154c55a801b5fafa84dbb697a59), allakhazam (http://ffxi.allakhazam.com/forum.html?cat=67) and killingifrit (http://www.killingifrit.com/forums.php) are all 'good') is www.ffxiah.com. But it isn't an easy site to decipher if what you're looking for is Server Health.

Blegh. You should just come to Asura. Asura's great and everything.

In looking at the graphs and stats, it seems like Bahamut is the most active, along with Quetzatcoal

I selected the server of Bahamut based on the economic stats

for that matter add Lakshmi and Phoenix. Seems like it you don't come on to the servers with a sub job, lvl 75 job and your rank 10, you won't hardly get anywhere.
