Supposing I have 4-5 content IDs. How long would it take me to obtain my Lu Shangs if I did little more than fish on all of these characters, cycling to the enxt one whenever one of them became fatigued?

Little over a week if you caught mostly moat carps. With 5 fishing to fatigue everyday you will get about 800-900 carps Id imagine if you were fishing in the right places.
