Galka MP Enhancing Equipment?

I just turned level 10 with my summoner. At the moment i have 105mp subbed with black mage. I have herd that there is mp enhancing equipment just for Galkas. If their is can you let me know where i can get?

You can buy it on the AH, or obtain it via the quest The Goblin Tailor (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/The_Goblin_Tailor).

This clock (http://www.pyogenes.com/ffxi/timer/timer-old.html) will also come in handy for knowing when it's your time to do the quest.

Astral Rings are good at lv 10
take 25hp and give 25mp

1. energy rings (umm cheaper than astrals...but alot less MP)
2. Energy earrings
3. Astral Rings(pricey I know but Glaka mages need all the MP+ they can get)
4. Hairpins(brass, Silver, ETC. Avoid hooed mage robes at all costs)
5. Astral Earings
6. Staff weapons(look for ones with MP+)

A heavily overlooked piece of equipment is Fasting Ring
(HP-20 MP+10 STR+1 Lv.15) definately not for tarus lol.
But I find it very useful as an Elvaan SMN (Lv. 16)
An NM in Tahrongi Canyon drops it he is force pop aswell 100% drop.
Yara Ma Yha Who I believe is its name.

Yeah the fasting ring is good for my Galka use it on PLD is a lvl 15 ring. the NM information is here (http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Yara_Ma_Yha_Who)

A well needed piece for Galkans who can't afford astrals.

Don't forget to get cooking leveled as a craft, pineapple juice is great to keep carby out with longer. and regenerate MP quickly, plus it can stack with cookies or pies.

You have one game week as dictated by Guttrix to get a Magical Pattern. Game week is Firesday through Darksday.

I found this (http://mithrapride.org/vana_time/index.html) timer a little easier to use because you can select your race and it will give you locations and earth times for the beginning and end of the window, good for the easily confused.

Your hMP is just as important as your Max MP.

You can try Treasure and Tribulations (BCNM 50 which doesn't require you to be 50) to make some spare gil or maybe even get Astrals. That's how I got mine. I've heard that running in and -againg the chests works, (such as Diaga) so you could try that if you go in with your MNK/WHM or whatever.

You might want to look into it, if nothing else you will get some other items that you can sell for some gil, and you don't need any help to do the BCNM.

With level 10 there aren't as many +MP items available as you will find at later levels but just don't let your parties expect you to main heal with no support. I tried main healing in the Dunes (on my Hume SMN) without any other healing support and I failed. Almost better to have a PL if you're going to be the party's only native healer. Just food for thought.
