MP Restoration items

Are there any good MP restoration items (not refresh) that don't give a medicated status?

Are there any items that give a Refresh that stacks with the spell refresh? (and doesn't give a medicated effect)

Ether (Hi-Ether, Super Ether, Pro Ether)... see here (http://lostmysterytour.web.fc2.com/ffxi/food/02medicine/01.htm). Drops give medicated status, but the.. err, real things don't.

Best one for Refresh is the Yag drink, with 2/tick (thought it was 3?), max 120. see here (http://lostmysterytour.web.fc2.com/ffxi/food/01drink/01.htm). No drinks give medicated status.

Pro-Ether does medicate. Super Ether is the best instant mp restorative. It's only drawback is that it's slow (5 sec. use, 5 sec. ability lockdown).

I have never used anything higher than a Hi-Ether, so I wasn't aware Pro gave medicated.

The only refreshes that stack with Refresh (magical effect MP bubble) remain Corsair's Evoker's Roll and Bard's Ballads. All MP Drink Foods use the MP bubble effect and are all overwritten by Refresh.
