Master Caster's Bracelets - Sell?

Does Waughroon(sp) Shrine count as outside conquest? Im determined to give myself the best chance against maat by maxing any stat I can.

Looking at Wiki, it shows the image of the item as Ex. I don't believe you'll be able to bazzar, trade, or sell these.

You can probably aquire them when your home nation is at a higher place than Windy (assuming your puny country to defeat the tarus in conquest). I believe you have to go to your embassy in Windy and talk to one of the guys in there and you'll be able to purchase the items at a higher rate. It will still require you to be rank 8. They cost Windurstians 40k points, and if I recall correctly the additional chare is either half or double. So it's either 60k or 80k for an outsider.

They should be active in the Maat fight, assuming that your nation does NOT control that region at the time. They should also be active in places like Dynamis (pretty sure they would be), and maybe sea as these areas are always out of your home nations control.

Good Luck while kicking Maat's butt. I still remember being scared witless when I had to fight him. Prepared for weeks, looked for video's on the websites to examine minutely till we had it all figured out. My husband Bitaken is also a Samurai, so we were writing down everything we could see. Wrote out our notes, step by step, made all the macros, and stood over each other to read the sequence we had in our plan. Bitaken died 3 times before we finally got to this point, he passed once we had it all written out. I didnt die at all...I guess this means he died for me (VBG).

Iv got the Maat fever now, I just wanna get my last 10k XP to 69 for Aero III, and cap my enfeebling again for that lvl (which takes no time at all).

You cannot trade EX items. They are EXclusive to you and you only.
You CAN trade RARE but, you can only have 1 in your inventory/mog house at any time.
RARE/EX items cannot be traded AND you can only have 1 in your inventory/mog house at any time.

Omni appears to be correct. The wiki website says

"Exclusive items are shown by a small green dot with the letters Ex in the top right corner of the item information screen. Usually, though not always, shown with a yellow Rare dot to the left of it, Exclusive items cannot be bought, sold or transferred to another character (even one on the same account) in any way (i.e. they are yours exclusively). However, Exclusive items may sometimes be sold to NPCs, though it varies from item to item whether this is possible.

If an item is Exclusive only, and not also Rare, you may possess more than one of them at a time. Some Exclusive items may even stack, such as Beastmen's Seals, though again, it depends on the specific item in question whether this is possible."

Gavi is a friend from back when we staticed beginning in our 40's. WHM, BLM, RDM, SAM, SAM, SAM. You get him started and he is oblivious to any other conversations around him, even direct questions to him he just doesnt see them. LOL.

Maat was the first and last place for me that they were useful. Such a shame (http://www.ffxionline.com/forums/ask-squareenix-questions/65287-could-conquest-items-work-toau-areas.html).

Edit: Ok, i'm really dumb today, I said one thing and meant another, followed by contradicting myself. Short of it is, the Master Casters Bracelets work in all pre-ToAU areas.

Are you sure about that? From what I've read on wiki a few minutes ago, it says that you can get items from other countries if you country is currently ranked higher than the country in question. The cost of the item would be the cost of the item tier above. (So rank 8 items would cost as much as rank 9 items when buying from another country.)

I would assume you couldn't get rank 10 items (as there is no rank 11 price), but I would of assumed that you could get rank 9 and below. Wiki doesn't list any particulars about the availability to foreigners, but I suppose you could be right.

Unfortunately I have heard several people say both that you can and can't get these if your current country of allegiance is ranked over Windurst. Some of this confusion might be related to the fact they are only offered if Windurst is first or second, so if they are obtainable if your country is first, Windurst would have to be second since they aren't offered to Windurstians if Windurst is third in the standings.

Yup, I tried, I was rank 10 Sandy and tried, but can only do if you are higher than Windy in ranking - and they are only available when Windy is ranked 1.
