FraggleForce is starting up City Tours this week for anyone interested in Dynamis! We are looking to get many new members to challenge the Dynamis Lord later on in the month.
If you are interested in a Dynamis linkshell and/or the experience, I think you'll find FraggleForce to be fair and flexible, organized, and very fun! We're team-oriented and have really great members that help each other out! Whether you are new to Dynamis, or you are a veteran you'll find a great Dynamis home with FraggleForce.
All our rules/guidelines are on our forums. If you'd like to join FraggleForce, you can apply in the FraggleForce forums at the following URL, or /tell any of the following members: Sindari, Saeyden, Pulp, Amapie, Sevenicus or myself.
Our Website & Forums: http://thefraggles.sycodesigns.com/
Once again, we (Gather Together) at 8pm EST on the days of our events (Mondays/Fridays) and enter roughly around 9pm EST. Dynamis runs typically take up to 4-5 hours (including the hour before for announcements & to set up parties)
If you need any other information, feel free to post on our forums, post here, or /tell one of the members above in-game!
We are looking forward to seeing you!

It varies from shell to shell. But the base game requirements are:
Prerequisites
The following prerequisites apply to all Dynamis areas:
1. Level 65 or higher.
2. Completion of Mission 5-2 for your nation.
After meeting the above requirements, zone into Xarcabard. You will receive a cutscene. Following this, examine one set of Trail Markings to receive another cutscene. The Trail Markings can be found just outside each residential area entrance in Windurst Walls, Southern San d'Oria, Bastok Mines or Ru'Lude Gardens. You do not need to visit them all, one will suffice. You will then receive the Key Item Vial of Shrouded Sand. This Key Item will grant access to Dynamis-related services.

It's also highly recommended you bring a Reraise Hairpin/Gorget, because you ARE going to die at least once... heh

Loot. That's where relic armor is found. Also, base relic weapons, and the items needed to upgrade them.

I just object to the death - oh wait, that's just me dying.
Seriously - how does an Elvaan blm die more than a taru?

The taru is clearly slacking. Or maybe that's just me.

Elvaans are bigger targets, duh.
I actually think it's just that taru are more accustomed to lower HP bars, and are thus more cautious.
