Weird, it's fine for me. In that case, copy pasted:

* Skill level: 225 (Dragoon only).
* Ignores enemy's defense. Amount ignored varies with TP.
* Element: None
* Modifiers: STR:50%
* Damage Multiplier at any TP%: 1.75

Works best with macroing a ton of str and stacking it with Sneak Attack.
