What I did to get in the two that I'm in currently is use http://www.dynamiscalendar.com/ and looked at what groups were going on what days.

Usually the post is by the leader of the shell, so I sent them /tells asking if I could run with them for clears on zones I needed, and ended up joining them.

They don't always post thier times, so thats something you may need to ask, to make sure it fits your time schedule.

We are having run base on GMT+8hrs JST2200 and we are a multi nation LS ( NA, EU, Asian). You can try to talk to Louiscypher or Mynimus (EU player) about our rule and run time during EU timing ( I hope :D), or can try to contract Darkx, Eidyn, Gabrywind during weekend.
