Hi I'm new

Hi everyone :spin:

I'm currently debating to order FF11 from JPNGames but there is one point which is holding me back from doing so. My specs are:

AMD Athlon 1477MHZ
256MB RAM
DirectX ver. 8.1

But i have a 3D Prophet 4500. I ran the benchmark test and a box came up with Err.200 Direct 3D (incomprehensible jargon)

I take it I need one of those GeForce cards? Or will there be a strange chance it will still run? I'm sure I saw somebody on this forum with a working FF11 with a Prophet, not sure though.

EDIT: Sorry, didn't read your post properly. You'll need a new graphics card in order to run the game.

I've got a plain G-force 3 running, and my system specs are slightly higher then yours (512 RAM, AMD Athlon 2000+) and i got a 3800 on the benchmark, i'd expect with a G-force 3 ti200 for you to score around the same,

G Force 3? didnt they take those off the market a while ago? well u shouldnt go for GForce 4 because they have some weird bugs. arghh i forgot the name of this new card but i think its called radion 9700 or something, its the best on the market
