I don't really pay any attention to race when I build and I try to build for skill over anything else. I guess if I had to pick one though I'd go with Mithra just because they look cool in the AF.

I've had plenty of parties where I was the 1 mithra with 5 tarus, those are always kinda funny.

I had a static party that was 5 mithra and 1 taru, he was one happy taru let me tell you :P Fights would break out over *OUR* taru!

And mithra 'cause I'm a mithra :P

i always get 5 of 6 tarus in a pt. i cant ever seem to find that elusive 6th taru pt member.

Dragoon PT setup:

Galka DRG/WAR (tank sort of)
Hume DRG/SAM
Elvaan DRG/THF or COR
Taru DRG/WHM
Mithra DRG/BLU or BRD
Any WHM/BLM or SMN
