I've gone with all three on different characters, each has interesting aspects. My main character, Kumei, is Bastokan, and is the only really overtly nationalist of the three. (Koren, the San d'Orian, comes from a Bastokan diplomat's family, so she would probably be the least, being far more focused on the importance of keeping the peace than the glory of any nation)
