Hello everybody, I've been looking around multiple forums, searching for answers but never have found a solution. I've tried multiple things such as reinstalling POL veiwer about 4 times, reinstalling direct x, installing drivers and everything I could think of yet still no resolve for this problem.

What specifiacally happens is that when I go to run POL the first blue screen that says ESBR warning: online experience may change, shows up but the screen after that doesn't, it just automatically shuts off.

Right now I have FFXI unistalled completely so I am waiting for another way to fix this problem.

computer specs please list. especially video card and video drivers. certain nvidia drivers dont work well. but it could also be not enough ram or video ram or graphics processing power.
