PoL Has Stopped working!

I have installed FF&PoL,I keep getting the msg "POL Viewer has stopped working",I don't know what to do. I'v uninstalled-reinstalled it,not working,Is POL not capatable with Vista?>< Please help me

Is the POL you using the recent one that you can find on the playonline.com website that SE released for Vista? If it is not then it won't work without a headache of effort behind it. Please search, this has already been discussed with more info on an already existing thread.
