Accessing Screenshots

I can't seem to get the 'email screenshots to yourself or another person' function to work, on Play online.

I have done it before successfully to the same email account, so I know how to do it, but I simply dont recieve the email in my hotmail account.

I heard that you can simply access screenshots you have taken, from the desktop, or FFXI files on your computer... Is this so? And how would I find that?

Any assistance would be nice, It's frustrating not being able to access these any more.

I've never e-mailed screenshots to myself, and haven't used Hotmail in many moons, but you might check the file size of the screenshots you're sending. The total size could be over Hotmail's incoming mail size limit. Or it could take a while to get there because of the size.
