What Server should I join?

Ok just wandering what Server I should join? I would like to get some help once I join so if I could possibly meet you guys someware in the game that would be cool, also if you know any linkshells that love to help please let me know thanks alot!

EDIT: Also I have been trying out different servers the past couple of days lol I havent found one that I like yet

Umm, there's a few choices to pick from, first, if you really like a server's name, go there. I kinda feel like switching to Seraph myself...just cause of the name, but none of my friends want to come with me. ; ;

Second, if you have any friends, which it sounds like you don't...I'd go there(I had friends when I joined, so that's where I went).

Umm, lastly, I've heard people recommend Bahamut on here...but they're from Bahamut. But from what I saw Kirsteena post, there's quite a lot of people on there, so that might be a good choice. :D I really like my server, Midgardsormr though, we have a good amount of people, and I could invite you to my LS if you'd like, we help out new people when we can...which is pretty often, lol.

LOL I do have friends none of them play Final Fantasy though accept for 1 but he doesnt want to have to pay the monthly fee. But yeah thanks for the invite but I think I will pass but thank you anyway.

Well there is good an bad to consider with the population. For right now at least the populations are pretty balanced, see how that changes with the world shifts. The bad thing though is a server with to many starts having more latency problems, still in defense ones with to few is harder to find people to party with.

If you have no form of ties to go to any server then probably just be a pick one and see how you like. If not the right one then switch while you can still dispose of the character without much trouble.

Ok, but lol, thats what I have been doing. Sorry I didnt post that, but yeah I have tried different servers for about a couple days...didnt like them, so thats why I am asking now xD.

I'm on Bahamut, and I like it. If you head our way look me up and we'll get you hooked up with a good social, helps it members type linkshell.

ps. I'm not on any other server but I imagine that they're all similar in that regard.

Really there isn't much difference between any of the servers. They all have their ups and downs and positives and negatives.

The best resource I've found for help and info on the game is the wiki at http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org

They have a ton of great info on there regarding almost everything in game. I would recommend reading through the job pages first off in order to get some ideas on which you might like.
