View Full Version : Bloodsword any good?

3 weeks ago i spent 4 days camping Lumber Jack and finally got the sword and i had it up on ah since i got it and.....nothing, never sold, so i relisted over and over and kept under cutting hopeing to just get rid of it.....so it finally sold (ah last sold was 450k i sold mine for 400k). So my question is why does nobody want this sword? i mean stats look good to me. How often is the proc rate on the drain hp? :huh:

the drain on the 'blood' weapons usually is pretty low. I had the bloody lance for a while and it rarely ever went off.

yeah thats what i thought plus its only for war or drk but i would think it would make a nice off hand sword for war/nin

It's only good for looks and farming. Plus prices of everything are dropping like rocks nowadays. I picked up a Bloodsword for 100k on my server, but to be fair, the going price was an average of 300k.

You speak of the forbidden lance! It goes off once in a blue moon on eps. And yes its 1-10hp drain is waaaayyyy overpowered. I am selling mine on Odin for 30k if anyone wants to play with it!

When I finally saw one on the AH, I jumped at it. It took me two months to dump that thing.

It seems I'm going to have the same issue with my Iron-Splitter now.

Bloodsword is a pretty sucky weapon since T.M. Espadon +2 is vastly superior.

Hahaha. I got that lance too, thinking it'll help soloing. God I was so wrong.

I had the opportunity to buy a Carnage Lance (HQ), but I skipped. I believe now that that is now sitting somewhere on somone's mule... :cry:

Ziero is spot on. Pretty much all drain weapons are poor choices for anything other then farming or skilling. An with server prices the way they are 400k just seems like was to much money.

Sorry you wasted all that time =/ try afk bazaaring it for awhile. but most likely you need to cut that price in half atleast..
