If I send a let's be friends message form playonline viewer, does the recipient get notified in game, if they are in game?

Also if someone accidently deletes friend invite, w/o adding or declining, can they recive another invite from that same person?

Yes, they get a little flashing mail icon where the connection info is up in the top right (and an alert chime too I think).
I'm pretty sure if someone declines an invite you can send another one later.

But invite wasn't declined or accepted...but if you say that if it is declined you can send another, I'm sure I can send another later. Just when I try now it says I cannot send empty message.
