After 2 years haveing parts of the Opo Opo Crown items in MH for so long I finaly got the rest.... However I seemed to have washed the pollen off before speaking to Luppup.... Here is my question....

CAN I STILL GET THE QUEST by revisiting the floweres for the scent?

And Who (NPC) do i have to talk to before Luppup?

Any Info would help

According to http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Personal_Hygiene you'll need to kill the Jammer leeches before revisiting the flowers. I don't know for sure though.

Is this quest do-able at Lv.75? Or will I need a few others help?

If you have a job that solos pretty well ie: rdm, thf, drg, nin, blm you can probably get everything but the wyvern skull without much trouble. you'd need a party for those though.

I am 75 Red Mage and I can solo pretty much everything except the dreadded "skull". I was getting my skull 3 days ago with 4 others.. (Setup: 75 NIN, 75 THF 75 RED 75 BRD 75WHT)

As we were fighting the THF had a hair up is tush and pulled the NM and that took forever (exactly 47 min) But any i got my skull and then moved on to quick sands for that worm item.

I soloed the Cards for the 10 of Coins and the magistrats and chancellors for my sand.

After i counted the items and dusted off my 2 year old note. I went to lupupp and did not get nothing but opo opo.... I taked to every NPC looking for the Vuin or something and still could not trand the 1st item....

So I found out that I needed the smell from the flowers but since im on PS2 i follower the quest in the books.

So i washed it off cuz the cat people hated the smell and at that time i was quest crazy. So now i have all 10 items i cante even get the quest im stuck with 10 items and no crown.

YA.... I used my vast puzzel solving skills and got my crown.... Even though the server Hades is a bunch of no good snobs and missleading... I finaly figued it out on my own.:biggrin:

However after i got the crown about an hour ago... I realized it was so simple.... It would just take only 1 day and checking the flowers untill......

So you're not being a snob and misleading by not posting the info outright, for a RA/EX quest item...?


To make it clear- go do the flower quest, collect the jars, talk to the opo opos, turn in the items, THEN wash the scent off in the jammer leech pools. If you wash it off before hand, just go pick the jars again, and it should work.

/laugh.... And yet some one knew already how and tells me that I'm a snoob... Well how come you did not post that earlyer under some other discustions about that... And since I had to spend 3 days trying to figure it out and not two many people do this mistake or error there is really no need for me to post it.

Seeing as how he didn't post in this thread before then, I'd guess that he hadn't clicked on this thread, otherwise he would have told you how to do it.

I'd be surprised if people were actually trying to mislead you, unless you've angered a lot of people on your server.

/sight... Hmmm As seeing that people automaticly jump to conclustions let me give you what it is like on that server....

If your not aware this server contains 85% RMT and pretty much Gill sellers. Now with some site offering Dynimus Coints that increases the RMT in pretty much all areas of the server... The only why you get help is either by paying an outragious amount of Gil to get high lvl help. Or As they say "look it up On-line" Now here is a questtion.

Since SE has opened up the game to xbox users. And originaly PS2 and PC How can you explain to the people that are using the PS2 and Xbox platforms how to look things up if they dont have A PC?

How do they get help if the server they are on always want somthing in return or a bunch of Gil just for a smart ass answer or a half ass helper?

And if people are going to say "well your on PC"... And i will answer "No im not im on PS2... I have to use my work computer just to find out answers but some of you may know that big work networks have firewalls preventing some websites from being accesses... Like "game" sites However This website is not clasifiyed as a "game" or somthing Thats why im posting on this forum..

Finaly If you talke to many people on my server you will find out I help alot when people shout or aske me for my assistance on a NM or mission / quest. I stay till the end and dont bitch or come up with some exuse. I dont ask for Gil or anyting in return. I have seen alot of Noobs I have helped out and now they are Snobs because they are now High Lvl and dont even help anyone but themself trying to get the one more edge on other not so smart on the game.

If you do this it may take a few hours for each flower to couph up the item you need. And I think you dont have to visit each flower each time you obtain a Rare /ex item just zone back and check another flower... After you recieve all 3 the other flowers say "you find nothing"

If all three say that and you ahve 3 jars of pollen then talk to Lupupp to get CS... Also FYI VUIN will say if you mess up come talke to her... Well after further investigation Vuin can only be accessed if you mess up buy talking to Lupupp...

She is NOT anywhere in Kazzam just in CS.

Almost everyone nowadays has a PC of some sort. If I can play FFXI using a PC with little more power than a dreamcast, and if I can surf the web smoothy using an imac I picked up for 60$ then I have no idea what would be stopping anyone.

Seriously, if you don't have a PC, go to craigslist or eBay, look for an old iMac G3. Will do everything you need it to as far as internet goes, and most of them even come with a keyboard and a mouse. If it doesn't, you can buy a set for around 10$.

There, full computer, 50-80$.

EDIT: OH, and before you say you can't afford 50-80$, if you honestly can't, you really shouldn't be playing an MMO.

I would not pass up that idea.... There are about 5-10 sights that come up in a search that sell Gil and/or other services... And Hades is one server that all the sellers went to when SE did that Migration back 1.5 years ago.

Anything on this server is about 3x as much as it would be on a normal server like lets say Shiva or something.

If you buy a SH on my server it goes for 3-5 million... I have asked other people on different servers on how much it goes for and they tell me 500k to 1 mill but the prices have fallen as of late.
