Getting back an old account?

About a 1.5 years ago I decided to stop playing because of payment issues and other things. I wanted to start up playing again, and i was wondering if there is anyway i can get my old character back.

I still have my playonline ID, i was just wondering if its been too long that they deleted my characters.

I tried FFXI's support site, but nothing worked.

I believe that without a return to Vana D'iel campgain you cant get him back but the only way to know would to be to call PoL hotline # go thru the options they should be able to tell you for sure.

After canceling a PoL account you have 3 months untill you can access it anymore..'


EDIT: My PoL ID is still active, its just the character I have to worry about for now... I'll check it out later..

Go to the FFXI main screen, click content ID, click your characters ID, and click reactivate. Usually returns up to a year work, a year and a half i'm not so sure about, but if you can't reactivate it through the POL viewer, call POL and there's a good chance that they can recover it as long as you didn't actually delete teh character.

Yea, I can reactivate my Content ID's, even through the playonline viewer. Its been betwen 1-2 year which im forsure about, and well all it says is i reput in my billin info and i can use them again. :thumbsup:

If not, ill be an unhappy panda.
