Let me ask you sir! What good is a weapon that gives your npc fellow Str & Dex+ when its DMG:2 :P

Good for lower lvs when lving you npc and mobs are easy but I doubt its gonna be usefull while bashing on EP/DC mobs as it heads towards 65.

Didnt see that , well perhaps you can use it when working on archery, marksmanship or throwing right?

It's mostly nice IMO for those first 3-4 levels since it can be used by all jobs.
