View Full Version : Ucs-1104 Help!!

Ok, I haven't played for three months now and I come back on and I've tryed to reactivate my Content ID and purchase a Content ID and both of them come to a page saying:

UCS-1104 You cannot purchace an ID. Please try again after checking the following:
- Make sure the payment information is valid
- Make sure your playonline ID has not been cancelled.

My payment info is valid and my playonline ID has definitely not been cancelled.
Whats up with that?, I went to playonline and pretty much all the FFXI sites except this one to find out whats the problem and still no luck, Its very frustraited trying figure this one out, help me out please.

are you sure everything is valid? perhaps you entered something wrong with the payment info? make sure spelling and the proper abbreviations (if any) are used.

best bet if you cant get this sorted out is to call tech support.

Thanks Omni, I've figured it out, I called tech support and the guy told me that he doesn't know why this happens, but the only way to fix it is to re-enter the credit card information.

For those of you who are having trouble: go to the PlayOnline main menu and go to Support & Service, then once it's loaded up, go to Membership, then at the bottem of your screen is a category selection, click on that and go down until you see Update Payment Information, click on that, then go to Edit, once done all the info...Presto!, you can reactivate your Content ID. :thumbsup:
